Every time I make changes that would benefit my team (bowling) they would change it back. Everyone was very young and not an old person in sight, so they didn’t have a foundation of experience and expectations. I never seen a dysfunctional team in my life. They call it part time but really it’s just full time without the benefits As an ex employee, don’t eat the food there unless you like regret. 10% of employees are alright and the rest are brainrotted and cringe. All staff I’ve know regret applying and hate the manager. They’ll make you work beyond your work description. Hard to move up because coworkers will talk badly about anyone who can move up. Rules beyond rules for such a simple job. They won’t allow employees to win prizes or tickets. You can’t do anything without the whole store knowing. Co workers are often lazy and don’t know anything and love high school drama. Never a solid schedule and hours are random. Regular employees get little to no hours. They want leads to work up to 38 hrs so they don’t get benefits. Lower management itself doesn’t like their jobs or have power trips. Only hires younger aged workers who wouldn’t know that the company is using them. This place has a high turnover rate for a reason.
